As a prolific author, executive coach and highly and acclaimed thought leader in the field of neuroscience, Dr Swart shared key insights and techniques derived from brain research and psychology that could improve your individual leadership performance, as well as that of your team and organisation.

On Wednesday, the 30th of November, Business Results Group celebrated 2016 in style at the Inanda Club in Johannesburg. Saying farewell and thank you to a year filled with challenges, determination and achievement, the BRG tribe enjoyed an evening filled with good company, delicious nibbles and well deserved bubbly. This October, The Business Results Group, in partnership with the Gordon Institute of Business Science hosted Professor Dave Ulrich, the world’s No. 1 thinker, author and consultant in the field of Human Resources and Human Capital, live in South Africa. Audiences in Cape Town and Johannesburg shared in his latest research on Building HR Capability, the Real Cost of Human Capital and his tested HR Outside-In model that has been used successfully by organisations around the globe.

The BRG Progress Conference, in partnership with the Gordon Institute of Business Science hosted Robert Kaplan, Harvard Business School Professor, live in Johannesburg on 17th September 2015. Kaplan shared his latest findings and techniques on strategy execution, balancing risk, finance, people and projects for execution success along with a new framework to manage the multiple dimensions of enterprise risk.
