I recently had a strategy planning session with my team. We used the Six Thinking Hats and it was amazing the stuff they came up with. Amazing how the tool just pushed them to spaces they did not expect.
The senior store managers I work with have been on Six Thinking Hats training. I use the Six Thinking Hats to relate to them and it definitely addresses behaviour.
It is because of people like you (BRG) that Massmart will continue to add value in the future, which is probably why Walmart are looking at us with very keen interest, I might add.
