Business Results Group has a team of expert certified facilitators and coaches who will support you and your teams in a range of specialist areas. Content-specific coaching enables you to develop new skills that truly stick, leading to long-term change. Sessions are available as:
- Individual Executive Coaching (one-to-one personalised sessions), or
- Small-Group Coaching (for up to 6 participants)
What to expect
Our coaches will customise a personal coaching journey to meet your needs and expectations. Select from a wide range of professional development areas – from Leading Like a Multiplier™ to Critical Communication Skills, from Thinking Differently to Strategic Planning and Conversations. Each coaching session is 50 minutes each and includes a 30-minute personal preparation call when selecting 3 or more sessions. Select from our range of Content Coaching Modules. We recommend 6-10 sessions.
