Happy Employees are Productive Employees

March 20th each year is International Happiness Day as established by Ban Ki-Moon of the United Nations in 2012. Research shows a close link between happiness at work and corporate performance. Happy employees are more alert, more productive and more efficient and this annual reminder of the positive impact it can have in the workplace makes it an ideal time to delve deeper into the Science of Happiness at Work™ in South Africa.
